Disaster Recovery Journal's EAB Announcement
The Resilience Think Tank is happy to announce that co-founder and managing partner, Lisa Jones, has been elected to the DRJ Editorial Advisory Board (DRJ EAB). She will be joining James Green, co-founder and managing partner, who also serves on the board.
The purpose of the DRJ EAB is to promote and enhance the professionalism and effectiveness of the business continuity and emergency management industry by:
Providing strategic direction regarding the focus, format, and content of the DRJ magazine, Web site, and conferences.
Contributing editorial columns and articles when possible.
Actively searching out authors, speakers, and content for DRJ publications, Web site, and events.
Liaising with related professional and government organizations active in DRJ’s field of interest.
How DRJ influenced Lisa’s career journey:
“The DRJ has played an integral role in my growth in the profession since my first introduction to the magazine in 2007 and attending my first conference in 2012. I have always considered DRJ as the go-to source for what’s happening in our industry. By serving on the board, I would like to play a role in initiatives that will promote diversity and inclusion by encouraging more diverse perspectives within thought leadership and greater awareness of our profession.”
