We collect and use your information only for the purpose(s) of providing you access/use of our site. By joining the RTT, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We collect and process personal data about users only when we have a legal basis for doing so, in conjunction with common privacy legislation such as Article 6 of the GDPR. We rely on the following legal basis:

  • Users have provided their consent to the processing of their data

  • Processing of the user’s data is necessary to fulfil our obligations when a user joins our site.

It is our policy to collect and store only information that our members, partners, contributors, and visitors (“Users”) knowingly provide.

To gain access to restricted content on the RTT Website, Users are asked to register and provide some limited information. Submission of the data implies consent on the User’s part.

RTT asks Users to provide their name, e-mail, phone number and limited employment information.

Payment information is collected and stored securely, but RTT does not collect or retain credit card information of any kind. This is handled by our third-party service provider.

You may access, correct, review, edit all the data associated with your account.

User data will be stored as long as your membership is active. While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that user data is secure and that users are protected, there always remains a risk of harm. The internet as a whole can be insecure and therefore we are unable to guarantee the security of user data beyond what is reasonably practical.

  • To be informed in the event of a data breach

  • To access our site and the data you have provided

  • To have situations rectified

  • To have your data removed

  • To restrict processing of your data beyond what is required to operate this site

  • To restrict data sharing

  • To object to how your data is handled
     

Use of the collected data 

We retain this data to allow us to perform administrative and financial functions associated with your RTT account. 

Certain areas of the RTT Website are restricted and require registration for entry and use. RTT will use collected data in order to grant access to the restricted area.

RTT reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Privacy Policy at any time. Any use of its Programs will be considered acceptance by you of the then-current Privacy Policy. If at any time you find the Privacy Policy unacceptable, you may request the deletion of your personal information. 

 

RTT may change its site at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion.
