These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Resilience Think Tank site. By using this site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

Intellectual Property
All content published and made available on our site is the property of the Resilience Think Tank, LCC ("RTT"). This includes but is not limited to documents, presentations, workshop materials and anything that contributes to the composition of our site.

We encourage you to use what you learn, but copying RTT material is not allowed.

RTT Crowdsourced documents (created in the RTT collaboration space) are free domain and may be used freely by members of this site.

Accounts
When you create an account on our site, you agree to the following:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are using our site illegally or if you violate the Terms and Conditions.

Forums and Collaboration / Acceptable Use

You are permitted to contribute documents to our site as long as you remove all branding, logos, and any information that identifies a specific organization;

Membership
Membership is paid for in full when ordered. Your order will renew automatically. You will automatically be billed unless we receive notification that you want to cancel your membership.

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your membership whenever it becomes necessary.
